The Redmond giant revealed back in November of last year that Project XCloud would be making its way to Windows 10 in 2020. Now, Twitter user WalkingCat has spotted an ‘Xbox Game Streaming’ app on the Microsoft Store. The app seems to be geared towards developers, guessing from the description. It is not clear if this app will eventually be released for users to stream games through the cloud or through the console. Is call of duty a two player game. Project xCloud previews are still limited only to Android and iOS devices.
While not much is known about the app yet, it is possible that the company could create a single app for xCloud streaming – for both, console and the cloud streaming. This app, however, from the looks of it (via screenshots from Aggiornamenti Lumia) seems like it is only limited to developers who are gearing up their games for console streaming. For now, those that want to try out Project xCloud are limited to mobile platforms.
